Daniel Adam 11th in MARS show at Fairbury Speedway

Competing in the Super Late Model portion of the Illinois Dirt Shootout, Daniel Adam joined 31 MARS Late Models at Fairbury (Ill.) Speedway on Saturday afternoon.

Finishing third in his heat race, Adam started ninth in the $5,000-to-win feature but was unable to make up many spots due to the track taking rubber early. Daniel came home with an 11th-place finish.

Sunday's $5,000-to-win event at Spoon River Speedway (Canton, Ill.) was cancelled due to rain.
