Daniel Adam takes part in MARS opening weekend at Peoria Speedway
Losing Friday's event at Brownstown (Ill.) Bullring to rain, Daniel Adam started his quest for the MARS Late Model Championship on Saturday afternoon at Peoria (Ill.) Speedway.
Among a strong 36-car field, Adam finished fifth in his heat before winning his B-Main which earned him a spot in the $5,098-to-win Garry Swibold Memorial. Rolling off 17th in the 40-lap feature, Daniel was caught up in somebody's else mess and was out of the race on lap 13.
Sunday's event at East Moline (Ill.) Speedway was also rained out.
